Preliminary reference on the interpretation of rules concerning herbal medicinal products for human use, published in OJ

Today, official publication has been of a request for a preliminary ruling from the Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf (Germany), lodged on 6 October 2023, concerning the interpretation of EU acts relating to medicinal products for human use and the labelling of organic products: SALUS (C-618/23).
