This opportunity is complimentary for all Northwest students and employees and limited to 20 participants. Under the supervision of Assistant Professor of Health and Physical Education Dr. Tina Pulley, tests will be administered by qualified applied health science students from 2 to 2:50 p.m. in the J.W. Jones Student Union. Sessions start every 20 minutes.
Participants will be tested for heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, waist to hip ratio and cardiorespiratory. Each participant will review results and receive an exercise prescription.
